As the completion date for the fifth version of the highly popular Civilization series approaches, we've scored some hot new screenshots of the game.  What we do know is that hexes have returned (yay!) and Firaxis is working hard at keeping that "one more turn" addiction level of the game going. 

Improvements to the game include a more intuitive interface, massive  battles, improved diplomacy, the inclusion of mod tools, and an expanded community gaming hub.
