The game excelled by not just putting you in command of strategic battlefield decisions, but by putting you in the middle of the command hierarchy. With so many high-profile board and card games making the move to digital, we sometimes forget about some of the smaller gems that have already made the jump. One of those is the fantastic two-player card game, The Battle for Hill 218. It's a highly tactical card game that involves playing cards according to their supply requirements, and then using them to attack your opponent or supporting your other cards. It was fast and fun and, unsurprisingly, I'm terrible at it. For some reason, it's no longer available on the App Store but never fear! Large Visible Machine is nearly ready to unleash Hill 218's sequel upon us, bringing more card slinging goodness to our touchscreens.
