Introduction
OWD is an expansion for the classic game of Risk. The info below is taken from the website of the game company:
"One World Dominion (OWD) is an expansion for Parker Brothers' RISK®; you must have a copy of RISK to use this expansion. OWD includes a set of 44 new territory cards that replace the standard territory cards. You may collect sets of cards and trade them for armies (as in the standard game) or you may play cards individually to take the action stated on the card. There are 44 different actions; one for each card. OWD gives RISK a paranoid, post cold war flavor without changing the basic game mechanics. The new cards give you a greater number of strategic options - and you can expect some surprises from your opponents as well. In other words, OWD puts the fun back into a great classic!
Components:
- 44 new territory cards, each with a unique action
- 4 blank territory cards you can use to make up your own actions
- 6 instruction cards explaining when territory cards may be played and how many armies a set is worth
- 2 pages of rules explaining how to use the new cards"
