France, is in a difficult possition, because it will probably be one of the first countries Germany will attack, and as soon Paris has been captured by Germany it will face two enemies. Italy will join Germany at that time and France will be very soon a lost country.France first objective is to hold Paris as long as possible, but not to make the other border lands to weak, in that case Germany will probably attack there first, take controll of probably whole France and than attack paris.

The France economie will in that case be too weak to hold ground very long, I sugest to build 2/3 of your troops in France and the rest in the border land (Reims). As soon Germany gets its hands on the most important territories inside France you can ask for Vichy France.

You should always do that, because in that way you still have the change to play (with the free Franch), and then you can save a lot of money which can be used to hold stand in Africa, or even help England attacking the Italian forces in Africa.
