GERMANY

Germany is the first agressor, in the first turn you can attack some countries, but your main objective in the first couple of turns is to capture Paris, so Italy will join you and you must attack Poland. You don't need to attack Norway, Belgium or The Netherlands, they aren't worth much, only a couple of points and they are even more territory to defend later in the game when the USA joins. The hard part for Germany is to keep England short of funds and keep the USA from landing and they must attack the USSR. If you are lucky you can conquer France first and then invade England, the problem with that is that the USA will join sooner, so if you attack England you'r risking a lot, if you win, you've practicly won the war, but if you loose, you'r a dead fish.

In the first turn you should build tanks for conquering France, and later use those tanks to attack Poland. Then you must build a lot of subs to keep England short on income, and those subs can be used later to sink arriving US ships. On land you must build a lot of tanks to attack the USSR fast, because when attacking the USSR thinks have to go fast, the USSR doesn't have much troops at start, but it has a large income. So when attacking, you should aim directly for the area's wich are worth a lot.
