The United States of America

The USA is a boring country to play, because it comes in action very late in the game. But when you are in action, build a LOT of planes, fly them to Bristol (UK)and use them to attack Germany wherever you can. You can also build a large seafleet, with a lot of tanks shipped with it, and then land in Bristol, and the next turn, invade the mainland of Europe.
