• Publications of the US Army Foreign Military Studies Office

  Excellant resource with links to several sites with maps of Russia.

• Korean War Project Maintained by Hal and Ted Barker

  Korean War maps on line and Directions for ordering topographic maps of Korea published in the early 1950s by the U.S. Army Map Service. These maps are the large scale topographic sheets that were used for conducting local operations during the war. At a scale of 1:50,000, one inch on these maps represents about five-sixths of a mile.

• A Virtual Visit to Vietnam Maintained by John Rossie

  Several Vietnam maps with some at 1:50,000 scale, ie 1 inch equals 5/6th mile. There is also directions for ordering the complete set of L-70-14 Series of DMA 1:50,000 scale maps.
