Nice article but I do consider VI a significant improvement over V, if nor IV.

Thanx, Bis. I never thought about it that way, actually. In some ways it's harder -- the ZoC restrictions,. e.g. -- while taking cities is easier. The Formations make it far easier vs. civs without them yet... Kind of a saw-off, IMO. I may have to put in several hundred more hours yet, though, so make a fair comparison. ;)
