Hello, I am planning to buy a Netbook soon. The only Problem is that some games dont seem to run on Netbooks. I tried Conquest of the Aegean by Matrix
no problem performancewise) BUT the screen resolution of 1024x600 (most Netbooks have that) stops the game from running. Has anyone any advice for me? I would also be interested to know if the "old" Battleground titles will run on these systems, and maybe someone knows about HPS games aswell. The game may not be of your interest, but I'm playing from some months Harpoon Commander Edition without problems in a Asus Eee PC 1000H.

I can't think of any reason it wouldn't run as long as you meet the minimum system requirements which are very low. I believe those units come without a CD drive however, so you will need to have a USB CD drive attached to install and play the games.
