I'm not sure I understand your question.  They don't have a phone number as far as I know- I'd be surprised if they did given the size of the company.  Basically, if you system crashed, you would have to get back on the internet to download the game file and contact Norbsoft customer support.  It's not a perfect system - I would prefer it if you just had a serial number that could be used to install the game wherever, but obviously that is open to abuse I guess.  I guess as this game is sold online it is assumed you can get on line to activate the game.  Does that answer your question?
