My Stalingrad mod, the latest  in the series is now available for downloading.           The main features of this mod are repainted counters, map symbols integrated into the map, and textured terrain (zoomed in and zoomed out).           German tanks, guns, and vehicles in the images are dunkelgrau or whitewashed camo rather than dunkelgelb.           Here are a few images:                 [image]http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/9573/1summerzoomedout.jpg[/image]                       [image]http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/6888/2summerzoomedin.jpg[/image]                       [image]http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/949/3winterzoomedout.jpg[/image]                       [image]http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/7038/4winterzoomedin.jpg[/image]                       This mod is the second in the series (East Front 3.5 / Stalingrad 1.6) and is ready for download and can be found here:                   http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/                  This mod would not have been possible without Volcano Man's and Jison's spectacular work.                 To install the mod, start with a clean install of HPS Stalingrad with the latest patch, then add the latest Volcano Man Stalingrad mod, then add the latest Jison Stalingrad mod, then add my mod.                 For the mod to work, it has to be done in that order.           The latest HPS patches can be found here:     http://www.hpssims.com/                       Volcano Man's mod site can be found here:     http://www.volcanomods.com/           (you'll need to register but it's no big deal)                       Jison's mod site can be found here:     http://www.hist-sdc.com/MapMod/index.htm

The Stalingrad mod has been updated from 1.1 to 1.3 and includes whitewashed winter camo for Soviet engineers and assault units.         The link has been updated as well.         The mod also includes a set of roll-back graphics just in case you prefer your Soviet trucks painted brown (or whatever that color is).

The latest version of the Stalingrad mod has been uploaded.         This version incorporates the changes to East Front 2.0 ( lots more vegetation, among other things) as well as an improvement to secondary roads in zoom-in view that may not show up in the Minsk mod until the next round of upgrades.         Here's what the terrain in Stalingrad now looks like in zoom-out view with the units removed:                                   [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img717/6463/stalingradinsummer.jpg[/image]                             [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img717/5143/stalingradinwinter.jpg[/image]                       There's a clearer image of this at Gamesquad forums: the link is in the first post of this thread.         This version of the mod (East Front 2.0) includes fully developed brush, vineyards, jungle (!), prototype bocage, new zoomed in and zoomed out roads and trails.  It even includes a zoomed in secondary road that won't appear in the Minsk mod (the pilot for East Front 2.0) until the next round of upgrades.           This version of the Stalingrad mod can be downloaded from:                         http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/                       The original post has been updated to reflect this.

The latest version of the Stalingrad mod has been uploaded and is now available for download.         This version includes all of the features of East Front 3.0 introduced into Minsk 1.3. Version 1.2 was essentially a repaint of the vegetation, and Version 1.3 is a repaint of the buildings.         From this point on the terrain features of East Front mods are no longer interchangeable with terrain from the North Africa series.     The Wargamer resizes large screenshots, so if you'd like to see clearer images you might want to visit this thread at the GameSquad forum:         http://forums.gamesquad.com/showthread.php?94179-New-mod-for-Panzer-Campaigns-Stalingrad                 Here are a few screenshots to show what the maps now look like under East Front 3.0 / Stalingrad 1.3:           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img716/6440/ns01.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img716/567/ns02.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img716/985/ns03.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img716/7426/ns04.jpg[/image]                       The Stalingrad mod is the second in the series (East Front 3.5 / Stalingrad 1.6) and can be downloaded from here:               http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/                       The earlier posts in this thread have been adjusted to reflect this change.                     This mod would not have been possible without Volcano Man's and Jison's spectacular work.                 To install the mod, start with a clean install of HPS Stalingrad with the latest patch, then add the latest Volcano Man Stalingrad mod, then add the latest Jison Stalingrad mod, then add my mod.                 For the mod to work properly, the installation has to be done in exactly that order.                     The latest HPS patches can be found here:             http://www.hpssims.com/                 Volcano Man's mod site can be found here:     http://www.volcanomods.com/             (you'll need to register but it's no big deal)                 Jison's mod site can be found here:             http://www.hist-sdc.com/MapMod/index.htm           If you've already installed my mod and are just updating it to a later version you don't have to go through this song and dance (provided, of course, that there have been no updates to Volcano Man or Jison's mods). Just install the latest version on top of what's already there.

Volcano Man has come out with his monster annual mod update, and the good news is that several units that were showing up in winter coats in the middle of the summer are now much cooler in their summer uniforms.         The latest version of the mod also continues the repaint of the citie hexes (they're now darker and more Soviet-looking) and the addition of national symbols to lesser HQ's.         The Stalingrad mod is now up to (East Front 3.5 / Stalingrad 1.6) and the links in the previous posts have been adjusted to reflect this.         And remember to install the new version of the Volcano Man mod before you install the new version of this one.

The latest version of the Stalingrad mod has been uploaded and is now available for download.           Besides the features mentioned in the earlier posts, it introduces a new symbol for indicating damage to bridges and railroad tracks.  It now uses a red traffic 'do not enter' sign instead of the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark.  It also includes a set of roll-back graphics for those who want their yellow triangles back.           The Wargamer resizes large screenshots, so if you'd like to see clearer images you might want to visit this thread at the GameSquad forum:         http://forums.gamesquad.com/showthread.php?94179-New-mod-for-Panzer-Campaigns-Stalingrad                  Here are a couple of screenshots of the current state of the mod:           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img838/4172/vns01.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img838/7666/vns02.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img838/359/vns03.jpg[/image]           [image]http://a.imageshack.us/img838/729/vns04.jpg[/image]                 The Stalingrad mod is the second in the series (East Front 3.5 / Stalingrad 1.6) and can be downloaded from here:                       http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/                        The earlier posts have been adjusted to reflect this change.

The latest version of the Stalingrad mod (1.
is now available for downloading.         The new version features a darker repaint of the SS unit counters.  They are now as close to black as I can get them without being completely illegible.           The Stalingrad mod can be downloaded from Task Force Echo Four:           http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/           I'd like to extend a huge thank you to the BigRedOne for giving my mods a new home.

The latest version (1.10) of the Stalingrad mod is now available for downloading.           This version features a new style of damage marker that is always visible but doesn't clutter up the map, a new color for movement markers, and color harmonized zoomed-out primary and secondary roads and railroads that are correctly proportioned.           This mod is available at Task Force Echo Four:           http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/

I can't believe that when I started doing this I used thread titles that were so boring.  I'll have to think of something less descriptive and more entertaining and see if I can figure out how to change it...           Moving right along, I've just uploaded Stalingrad version 1.11 to Task Force Echo Four.            Actually, I forgot to include an updated readme file, so the notes you'll read are for version 1.10.  Normally I'd fix it right away, but this is such a big upload it will have to wait until I have more time.           So here is what the notes would have said if I'd remembered to add to them before I uploaded.           Changes since version 1.10:           Updates to higher headquarters units for the Germans, SS Germans, and Luftwaffe.            Victory music is game specific and authentic to period (which is why the upload was so large).           You can get the latest version of the mod at Task Force Echo Four, here:           http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/

The latest version (1.14) of the Stalingrad mod is now available for downloading.            Although it includes darker rivers and lighter streams, the main features of this version of the mod are a reworking of many of the German and Soviet headquarters symbols.           Many of the German HQ symbols that have been showing up in recent versions of the Panzer Campaigns mods have been imported, where appropriate.            The Russian HQ symbol convention that I used in the Mius, Kursk, and Budapest mods has been carried over to Stalingrad.  In addition, I've developed a symbol for Guards Armies that I'll be retro-fitting onto the other mods.                 This mod is available at Task Force Echo Four:             http://tfe4.wordpress.com/graphics-and-sound-mods/panzer-campaigns-and-other-hps-titles/

The latest version (1.15) of my Stalingrad mod is now available for downloading.

This version uses the SMERSH emblem as the generic NKVD unit symbol as in the Moscow mod.

This and all of my other Panzer Campaigns-related mods can be downloaded from Task Force Echo Four:

In case anyone has forgotten, install the latest HPS patch (which you can get from the HPS website), then install the latest version of the Volcano Man mod (which you can get from the Volcano Man Mods website), then install Jison's mod, then install mine.
