Seems like it should be as supply would be important to maintaining a WP advance. You can play it with a global supply, virtual supply which means the supply is traced as if trucks were on the map, or you can play with explicit supply which means the supply trucks are on the map. I'm not sure if every scenario is designed with explicit supply available but I did open up the big West Germany one and they were there in Danube Front 85
