Status : Offline | Stephen this is a recent problem due to the advent of larger wide screen moniters.
Would suggest using 3D zoom-out with counters although I prefer the figs.
This has been raised recently in a number of threads here and at various other sites, we can only hope for an upgrade from mr Tiller.
Edit.
IMO this is also due to the fact that many older gamer's like myself who account for the ever increasing majority tend to have failing eyesight !!!.

Status : Offline | I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one dealing with this. I'm a long-time Squad Battles player who just took the plunge on my first PzCamps game & was immediately struck by the difference in 2D zoom-in. For me, its just too small & that's especially disappointing as I finally decided to buy after looking at the beautiful mapmods, but I'm forced to play in the, sorry, really ugly 3D mode in order to see what is going on.

Status : Online | I use the 3D counter mode, not the one with the models but the nato like chit symbols. To me this seems most like a real boardgame.
I cant stand the 2D modes in Panzer Campaigns.

Another 2D zoom level down would be great, but that isn't going to happen.

I have the same problem...
What I do is set the text size at 175%, which makes for a nice, clear and readable map and counters. What you need to do is go into screen resolution, select change text size, hit delete, type 175 and then apply...works a treat.[][]

Could you post a screen shot of this setting as I'm a bit wary of upsetting my PC !!!.
Suppose my real question is does this setting apply to all the other programs, or do you switch back to the default settings after game play.
thanks in advance.
