Trying to start a PBEM game with my friend. I ended my turn clicking the blue arrow. A message comes up saying something about auto save and send files to your opponent. I believe its 3 files that I have to send. Where do I find these files? I don't see them in either saved games or PBEM games. Any help would be much appreciated.

You musst look in the subfolder PBEM Games, you actually have only 2 files to send to your friend, the SpEml000.cmt and the SpEml000.dat files.
We are both very confused about the PBEM procedure and this after reading the manual. Here are the steps I have done as the first player.
1. I picked the HG Regiment in Russia scenario and clicked Start
2. I set the Player Control for both the Germans and Russians to Human
3. I chose a password for the Germans, entered it, and then clicked Continue
4. I picked a PBEM save slot #1, typed in a name and then clicked Exit
Okay here is where I may be going wrong.
5. Clicked on Saved Games
6. Clicked on PBEM Games
For step 7 if I click on the PBEM Game Slot #1, it takes me to the screen asking for the Russian password, but I am the Germans!
If I choosed the scenario and click Start, then it takes back to where I set the player control.
HELP!!!!!!
THANKS.
Okay, I think I have it figured out. When it takes me back to the scenario screen after I have named and saved the game to a PBEM slot. I exit the scenario screen and send the two files to my friend.
I recommend you go to this link and download the 4.0 PFD version of the SPWW2 Game Guide:
http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=44521
Then read the PBEM section (page 304 - 312)
There's even helpful screen shots.
The PBEM files you need are located here:
WinSPWW2\PBEM Games
One thing I've found useful is to create a desktop shortcut directly to the above PBEM Games folder. This makes it quick and easy to get in and out of the folder while playing a game.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
