Kind of looks like a modernized Dangerous Waters. I approve of that.

Im really looking forward to this. Really want to play a modern Falklands scenario without the headaches Harpoon has of  having to load a battleset, map, etc.

Send me a PM,
imitris. I think The Wargamer / Out of Eight would be interested in doing a review of Command whenever it's finished.

Dimitris, Are you guys going to have an open or closed database? I can understand your reasons if its closed, but will there be a way for scenario designers to request units/system be added to it? Really looking forward to this. Kushan

Kushan, 1) The current plan is for the DBs to be "read-only", ie. no third-party redistributable DBs. Some prospective users have asked for the possibility of being able to do "local edits" on the DBs, ie. be able to tinker with the data for experimentation without exporting the altered DBs. We are looking to see if we can accommodate this. We have added some significant improvements to the DB<->scenario relationship that people are familiar with. Both the process of selecting and running a scenario (no manual DB changes) and the work of synching a scenario to a specific DB are substantially streamlined. 2) Certainly, we are already taking in DB requests in fact. Have a look at our forums, we have miles-long threads on this.
