I've played Vick all year with Bradford on the sidelines, bye week for Vick so I tell Sam its his turn to play, then he goes down. Make a quick signing of Boller hoping that his Raider teammates will make him look good. Ended up with a QB who actually took points off my board. How sad is it that I would have been better off not starting a qb at all?

If it makes you feel any beter, Steelie, I won my game with my entire team scoring less than Arrian Foster did ;-)

Well I've fired the coach of the Bison.  0-10.  Unf'nbelievable.  I figured somehow I'd at least squeek out a single win this season.  I mean it's not like I went into the season with Tavaris Jackson as my starting QB.  /sigh/  Horrible season.

I believe two more regular season weeks and then the tourney starts to crown the 1st Wargamer Fantasy Football League Champion.

Next year I think the league will move to a yahoo league.  It's just a much more friendly setup than ESPN.  Also I think that perhaps 2 leagues would be a good thing.   1st league as a casual auto draft for 10 team league.  2nd league is more competative live draft for 10 teams.  Lots of time to think about it.

Hey Bison, I am beating you this week and I have not even checked on my team since week 4. Pretty impressive.

Well I have a pretty even mix of players either out or on the IR compared to actually suiting up and playing.  I  mean I honestly think only Big Ben scored points for me this week.

Whats weird is that I have the same record (3-6) in my big money perpetual fantasy football league that I play in. Got off to an 0-5 start in that one.

Bison, I looked at your roster yesterday and noticed a third of your squad seemed to have IR by their names. Heck, I'm only 4-6 with no one on IR, except the coach apparently :-p

Hey!  I'm 3-6 and loosing this week in my other league too!  Trust me I hear about it everyday.  "How's Benjarvis Green-Elis working out for you?"  Well let me tell you what.  Not very F'n good.  It was a horrible year for fantasy football for me.

Steel I cannot even begin to guess what the hell happened.  The team on paper seemed so good.

^Maybe it has something to do with the twenty teams we have crammed into this league.  Or maybe not.

Good game this week, Steelie.  Thanks for losing :-)

^what sucks is that I didn't realize there was a Thursday night game, so I had a vacancy in my lineup, missing a wide receiver. What sucks even worse is that if the position had been filled, I still woulda lost!

I find both those situations a win for me!  :-)  I'll commiserate with you next week when we aren't playing against one another. ;-)

I start off the season with such superstars for starters as Donaven McNabb and Randy Moss and check things out to see that I am in 1st place, I am shocked,

I started off with Michael Vick and damn near nobody else. Gonna finish 6-7 at best, guess that's what happens when three of your starting Wide Receivers garner, oh, ZERO points combined last week. Anyone for online-miniature golf???

Well the 1st Wargamer Fantasy Football League Playoffs start this weekend.   Good luck gentlemen!

The first round match ups:

#8 Mkdogs Power vs
#1 Gotham City Rogues
#5 40 Centurions vs
#4 KyzBP StuGs
#6 Panthera Onca vs
#3 pittsburgh swabbies
#7 Syracuse Big Blue vs
#2 Heebie Jeebies

The rest of us slugs play out the season in a consolation bracket, which I bring up the bottom of the bracket with an impressive streak going into the play offs.  0-13!  Yup.  That's right the Bison herd could even win one freaking game all season.  /sigh/  I need to go cry now.

It's ok 40Cent.  Every man on the face of planet Earth has said this very same thing at some point in his life.  Only to be oh so woefully wrong.

Now the battle for 5th place begins. I'll probably score 150 point now, when it doesn't matter!

And my season of abject failure seems to be rolling along quite nicely.  Only one game complete this week and I'm all ready down.  So embarrassing.  Doctor Quest I thought kicking my butt the first week of the season was enough, but this is really just rubbing salt into the bitter wound of the Bison season!

And the roll up of tropies awarded so far this season.  On a positive note I'm not the worst here.  Yes my trophy was for the worst loss, but damn it the Bison are not at the bottom of the list.

What it takes to earn the worst loss trophy?

Worst Loss
Awarded to the team who loses by the largest margin each season. Bison WG loses to Heebie Jeebies, 45-116
