Status : Offline | Same logon problem for me : got a new Alienware laptop with Windows 7 and cannot seem to login with the username/password chosen to log in WarGamer website.
Can someone help me? Did someone find/solve the issue?
I want to play Close Combat 5 with my cousin and Battle HQ seems to be the only option... so we have a problem since we both have the same laptop/windows...
Thanks!

Nice to read the answer to my helpdesk ticket in the forum after not having received a answer on my issued ticket for 4 months. This is truly the worst helpdesk experience ever!
You have sold a feature when I bought a software from you. Now you admit that it broke since months and never worked since I bought it.
Thus, you have never fulfilled the contract between us and I request to be reimbursed, as you sold something that does not exist. You may charge me again, after you "might get" this feature running again.
I suggest everybody to just draw back the money from these guys through your credit card company (it is just an email).
Edit: 01:14
I wrote the striked lines without realizing that the vendor of the game I purchased is not identical with wargamer.com. After I received a message from Sigma one who clarified it, I apologize for my post.

Are you talking about a game you purchased from another vendor?

Status : Offline | Bugger, my mistake!
I purchased two modernized games of the "Close Combat" Series, but indeed not from your company or service. They still rely on BHQ for multiplayer.
I apologize for having mixed up two independant companies, can't blame you for "selling" a feature then! Still it is not a very good style if people have to wait 4 months until there ticket is replied to.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I apologize
Stefan

Which Close Combat games? I know you can easily find games here by posting in the forum if you're looking for opponents. I know the recent Close Combat has a built-in MP rooms to find games and I'm assuming they'll have that feature onward.

Havn't tried the direct way, though.
