It is with great delight that I note that Ezjax's mod site is back up, after having been down for a very long time.  So if you want to play any of the HPS Napoleonic games with 3D counters that look similar to what you get in Leipzig,  now's your chance.

I don't know if it's my fading memory or if I just had really old versions, but the mods that he has up there now seem a little more developed than the ones I remembered.

And for those who aren't familiar with his work, his 2D unit portraits are unsurpassed.

In the old days Ezjax's site would be up and running for a few days at the start of the month, then shut down temporarily until the next month after it reached its bandwidth limit.  

This is good news. He has a lot of good stuff and his 3D tile set for the terrain is much "softer" to look at than the older style we used.

Probably because he uploaded an uniforms mod for Histwar, that is much bigger than the mods for Napoleonic HPS games

This may be a record for him.  Usually his site manages to stay up until the middle of the month.

The Histwar material on that site was inert, so I don't think that is what's causing the problem.  My guess is that you should go in on the first or second of January.

He has uploaded some Histwar mods to that address, the last (uniforms) was the 4 of december

Since Christmas is approaching I'II share a little secret, Ezjax's mods can be found at TheGameSquad, Downloads, HPSSIMS Napoleonic files.

Must fly this is a very busy time of the year, now where did Mrs Claus put my boots !!!, the reindeers are gett'in restless.  

A quick WhoIs search shows that the person who owns the domain listed above also owns over 100 other domains -no idea where he hosts them all, but it could easily have been traffic to another domain.

Edit: I was able to get to it last night - although if anything was changed, no message regarding what was posted.
