the speed and frequency of the engine emissions?
On a more serious note does this go in the too good to be true file?
Thanx for the post

(the 'car' - its more an 'UAV with passenger on-board' - knows its position by enhanced GPS and also the velocity and direction of all 'cars' in its vicinity over a network, which constantly exchange the data between all moving objects in the dedicated air-lanes. In addition the 'car' has object collision sensors (radar, laser, ultrasonic,...) to avoid any crashes with fixed or moving objects that are not already in the database, which is updated by the scanners of all cars airborne, reporting in differences between the last transmitted 3D-map-of its vicinity and the on-board scanner readings)

It's only a matter of time before somebody starts calling them "Fart-mobiles". Put me down for saving the bodacious Tatas.

In this concrete case, the air car mafia modus operandi is ever the same, they go to a second rate city/country/university, and obtain some benefits/money/aids, promises a factory in the town ... and don't return, many times associated with Tata old/light prototypes (and sometimes with other French technologies, as the wireless card for open/start the car, as has my now old 2005 Renault Megane):

I wonder whether something is going on behind the scenes with TATA. Something sinister and worthy of global conspiracy

As soon as they receive their backhand payment from the oil industry and the people who run energy across the world, the Tata will dissappear seemingly into (ironically) thin air. Like the oil industry is going to roll over and welcome something that would eat into their profits like a new system for running an engine in cars!
