Yep I'd be happy to play a PBEM game. I understand that there were changes to PBEM in the AGW to reduce the number of file swaps required during a turn - though there's also an alternate sequence of play for RGW as well.
Yep I figured that the Leningrad Scenario isn't as difficult as some of the others and have looked at the Approach to Smolensk scenario as well.

A -1 penalty is assessed for each attacker with a different HQ to simulate the difficulties of coordination between headquarters. However, you can assign units to any HQ you want. Assign the German air unit to the ground HQ controlling the ground units in the attack, and the penalty should go away. Historically, ground attack aircraft were assigned to ground HQs.
You can assign combat units to HQ units up to a limit per week. RGW checks if the limit has been reached.
I have a couple more questions. In all the scenarios I am playing I do not see any German fighters. Is this an option. Every aircraft seems to be a bomber or transport. Why no fighters. Also, in a campaign I am playing solo the AI's tactic is to use Russian bombers as interdiction thus slowing down my advance. In the same question above I see no German fighters. Everytime I try CAP over an area the error mesage comes on saying no valid unit.
Another question: can replacements points be saved or is it use or loose?
