Cheers - would you like a guest pass (can't remember if you got onto the RO2 wagon)? In the words of Lindsay Bluth Funke, "I can't seem to give this away."

I just got a Blu-Ray player myself and resisting the temptation to re-buy all the movies I have...

I am an RO2 nutter. Must have played 100hrs. I have three guest passes and have given them out already.

Simply put its probably the best FPS I have ever played. Its one of the only ones that actually makes me feel like I am their in the battle.

ARMA2 coming a close second.

I hear you with regard to blu ray. Their are only a few that have been cleaned up enough for blu ray. Some old movies look worse.

Das Boot I am happy to say is one that def looks much better.

I don't think its as long as the one you had.

I lent it to a mate so cannot remember exactly which one but I think it was this version:

http://www.ezydvd.com.au/blu-ray/das-boot-2-disc-collectors-set-blu-ray/dp/6108491

Its only 3.5hrs long so I don't think its the uber long mini-series version.
