This is something I was reading on Quarter To Three and it was on Kongregate games, it's called Rebuild

It's a zombie survival game but it's different. Think of it is as You are the leader of the survivors, and you have to manage your group of survivors. Send them to the Eight-Twelve (7-11 parody) to scavenge for food? What about the defenses? 

As you clear areas of zombies you can reclaim them and then fortify, build housing, or labs, bars, farms, etc. But they are always coming...

That did sound kinda cool. But, after having a look i see it is only for IOS...

There's a version, or knockoff also available for Android.  I have it on my Kindle.  Will try to look up the name a bit later but it does exist.

It's also web-playable on Kongregate.

Ah Dead State, I remember their Kickstarter campaign. I will keep an eye on it.

 You have a right to think that as they are not as diligent in updating their main page, and I even pointed that out some time ago in the forums. But they are moving ahead at a better pace since their successful KS campaign and the designer is very active in the forum.  Now that they have committed through KS, I'm confident in the release of the game.....

I have been following Dead State for a while now, SO glad they kicked you know what on kickyouknowwhat.com.

I have always dreamed of a zombie game with base building, etc. Now just imagine if they could create a giant world where you can team up with your friends to play in.....
