I saw that before and it seems rather silly to me.  Are the drug pushers included in this description?  What might this say about the Opium Wars that allowed Britain its foothold in China?  Got to say it seems like more Obama non-sensical rhetoric to me.  "We are the ones we've been waiting for."  Might want to check the source.
