Id bring back the old Byzantine Empire. (which I do using Civilaztion 2 game)
Would cause the collapse of the Turks and invade the middle east to bring democracy there.
Who: Athabasca.
When: around 1600.
How: In the 1500s the Spaniards began pushing into the territory of the Athabascan Indian peoples using new weapons and tactics. It was a new civilization based on missionaries, farming, mining, slavery, and stripping the land of it's riches to be sent across the ocean. Wise Athabascan tribal leaders call a pan-tribal conference. The Athabascan nation is born, made up of the Navajo, Puebla, Apache, Hopi, and Zuni tribes. The leaders renounce blood feuds between tribes, agree to a pan-tribal council of representatives (respected war leaders) from each tribe, with a rotating council chief every year drawn by lots.
The first thing they do is reconquer Mexico from the Spaniards.
