Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sure the AI in itself is a great challenge. However, I have a few active and reserve Navy buddies I'd like to challenge on the seas now and then. Cheers, CC

Bison36 I'm thinkin this award was rigged! Grats! Saying that is tantamount to mutiny! Or was your "rigged" comment not an intentional naval pun? Grats to all involved! SoM

Gents, My thanks to everyone here for their words and support. We at NWS will do our best to deserve such support in the future. Stay tuned: we have plans to take WC-NAW even farther, as we have significant amounts of additional detail/rules/systems we have created that can be added to future versions of WC-NAW and our other games as well. Thanks again! William Miller Assistant Director/Projects Developer Naval Warfare Simulations www.navalwarfare.net

Was this game submitted to other sites for review? This game does look really good, love the ship profiles.... do they show damage and the guns firing? Are they always looking like they are broadsiding?

As the review said, gunfire is shown, I couldn't get a screenie of it. Ships are always in profile.

Hi everyone, a) Side profiles are shown for the ships - remember this is a turn based naval wargame. However, as guns are knocked out the number of gun flashes are reduced accordingly. Fires, shell splashes, straddles, hits, etc. are shown in the battle viewer. See this thread for more screenshots; http://forums.navalwarfare.org/showthread.php?t=1516 Note, I do have plans on expanding on the 3D/2D interface features. b) There is no demo at this time, however, you can read over the full players manual, see screenshots, AARs, etc. through our main website here; http://forums.navalwarfare.org/showthread.php?t=5 Thanks.

Glad to see your hard work being recognized, Chris. Congrats to you and the NWS team! I posted a link to the review on our forum. Chris--
