Gamers in the New England area can now blow each other to pieces up close and personal.
LPANE (Lan Party Association of New England) has today announced that registration for their Spring event has now opened. Entitled Nor'Easter 2006, this ambitious event will pack up to 500 gamers with their computers into Shriners Auditiorium in Wilmington, MA and let them game to their heart's content. As an added perk, those who register and prepay prior to January 31st will receive an early-bird special of 30 dollars. After that, the price goes up to the standard 40, which buys:
- Admission
- 2 days of lag-free gaming with 499 other gamers on an ultra-fast network and stable, high-end dedicated servers.
- The opportunity to win over $2,000 in incredible prize giveaways. No gaming skills required.
