Four new screenshots have appeared on the web this week featuring Ubisoft's next-gen World War II tactical shooter, Brothers in Arms 3: Hell's Highway (announcement). This new game in Gearbox's tactical, World War II first-person shooter is planned for release on the PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3, and will follow last year's Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 and Earned in Blood. The new game will continue in the mold of the previous games, meaning it will feature squad-based play set during the well-known operations of the 101st Airborne Division. Players will once again command and direct their squads using proper military squad techniques, including covering fire and flanking, based on the contributions from John Antal. In Hell's Highway, players will experience Operation Market-Garden from the ground level. The graphics engine for the game will be based on the popular Unreal 3 engine. Today's new screenshots feature a quick, rendered sequence of a pair of 101st soldiers firing a rocket into a German-occupied building. Brothers in Arms 3: Hell's Highway will be released this holiday season.
