Slitherine, Matrix Games, and Hexwar announced today the release of Field of Glory - Decline and Fall army pack, the seventh in the series. This new army pack covers the armies of the Byzantine Empire, the Islamic states and their other enemies, ranging between 493 AD until the mid 11th century. The army pack comes with a load of new units and additional new battles.

Decline and Fall army pack adds onto the popular wargame Field of Glory, which is also known as a tabletop wargame system, now on the PC in a faithful adaptation. Field of Glory uses all the rules, calculations and measurements from the tabletop wargame, but the PC handles all of it, leaving the player to focus on commanding his troops and winning their battles.

Decline and Fall comes with 200 new battle group graphics, 12 new historical battles, and more. Players can view the full list of Decline and Fall armies by clicking here, which also shows screenshots of the army pack.
