Kalypso Media and bitComposer Games announced today the release of the Jagged Alliance: Back in Action demo for Windows PC, giving players a chance to experience part of the game before its full release later this month. Jagged Alliance: Back in Action has players taking on the task of recruiting and equiping mercenaries to free the island of Arulco from the ruthless dictator in power.

The demo comes with one tutorial mission and a sample level from the final game, known as "Orta Labratory". This level occurs 2/3rds of the way through the game itself, and will present an ample challenge. The player will have to show their tactical planning skills through the "Plan & Go" system as they guide their pre-assembled team of mercenaries to complete the objective.
