The partial results are in for Britcon and The Worlds 2012
Hosted at the University of Manchester, this three day miniatures wargaming event using rules such as Epic, Flames of War, Warhammer, and Field of Glory.
Britcon 2012 took place 10-12 August in the University of Manchester. This year's Britcon hosted The Worlds.

Event Info:
Britcon has been a key event in the UK wargaming calendar for many years. It is a tournament based, three day extravaganza that attracts players from all over the world. It covers many periods and welcomes players new and old to the world of tabletop tournament play.
The brain child of J D McNeil who was the driving force behind the BHGS and in particular this highly successful event. His legacy leaves a hard act to follow and 2012 sees the new team attempting to meet his high standards.
The event will run on the weekend of Friday 10 - Sunday 12 August 2012 in the University of Manchester's Barnes Wallis building. It will include a number of traders who take advantage of the high population of gamers playing as well as the walk in customer base that comes to view the spectacle.
The key components include:
· 2 day trade show
· Public entry between 1000 and 1700 hours on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 August 2012
· Six games for competitors over 3 days
· Wargamers bar with quiz night
