  Jim Bello's SpObedit version 1.8.6 is now available. Jim's Shareware version 2.0.6 is also available.
  This excellent Windows '95 editor supports Steel Panthers, Steel Panthers II and Steel Panthers III. It also has save game and email games management.

  Get new Version 0.50 of Steel Panthers and Panzer General SHP Editor and lot of other stuff from his home page, Fred Chlanda's SHP editor now allows modification of existing Steel Panthers Series SHP Files. You can also download SHP Editor source code!

  Fred Chlanda's SPILE (Steel Panthers Image List Editor) and SPILC (Steel Panthers Image List Changer) are two programs that help the user modify the graphics used by Steel Panthers I, II, and III. By using these programs, you can change the icon for the body and turret associated with the image number in the OB files or add completely new graphics (SP2 and 3).

  Fred Chlanda's SPMapU is a small program that will show a contour map from a Steel Panthers 2 or 3 map, save or scenario file. This could be useful to scenario designers since when hills are erased, frequently elevated areas, invisible as far as terrain appearance is concerned, are left behind.

  Fred Chlanda's SP2Ed Version 0.22, a WIN32 editor for Steel Panthers 2 and 3 scenarios and saved games. SP23Ed is able to load and save Steel Panthers 2 and 3 save and scenario files. Many Unit and Leader properties including Experience, Rally, Morale, Position, Weapons, Fire Control etc can be edited. Game parameters e.g. Max Turns and Visibility can also be changed. There is a battle summary that totals damages on both sides. Please see help02.txt for installation. In addition to the help file a tutorial with sample SP3 scenarios is included. Now it modifies SPWW2 scenarios and saves.
