Celebrate Warhammer Day 2020 with brand new limited edition Space Marine miniature

Warhammer Day 2020 is coming soon, but thanks to the world wide pandemic the celebrations are a bit muted versus what they might have been in years past. As of October 12th, depending on the local lockdown regulations in your region here in the UK, you might not be able to go into a Warhammer store at all this year.

It's a bit delayed compared to last year (where Warhammer Day was in June), but this year’s celebration will be taking place on October 31st (which is also Halloween).

To mark the occasion, Games Workshop have announced a new miniature for Warhammer 40,000 players - Terminator Chaplain Tarentus. This is a Space Marine Chaplain unit wearing the iconic Terminator armour, which can be used by any Adeptus Astartes Chapter including the Deathwatch.

He won’t be available to purchase until Warhammer Day itself, and after that you’ll only have until November 8th, 2020 to add him to your collection.

The Warhammer Day 2019 exclusives included a Funko-POP style Space Marine Intercessor, a set of special objective markers that you could only get in store, and an exclusive Battle Sister model. It was also the year Games Workshop revealed the new modern ‘Warhammer’ logo.
