Not sure Heaven's Vault can count as 'interactive fiction'. Their other games are but with it's actual graphics and extended sequences with no text this isn't really. It would however be a good fit for tablets, so looking forward to that.
Neo Cab is far and away my favourite so far. The writing is just so, so good, and made even better from the tension of having to balance your star rating with the desire to pursue certain lines of conversation.
Nothing that fits with your re-emphasised tactics slant, but Technobabylon is out for iOS and The Girl Who Sold The World is out on iOS and Android. The former is a proven point and click, the latter an interesting sounding audio adventure.
