The glorious graphics make me want to play these games, sigh. Even hard-core grognards need a bit of eye-candy every now and then. And if there is an actual challenge there as well, then so much the better.

"Hobbit Hovels" ? LOL, definition please.

The tendency of every game to break up into the ancients equivalent of an aerial dogfight is still a key weakness by the sound of it. The tabletop rules struggled with the same thing over the years. Still a must-buy but.
