I had/have this (SAS) game..ended up shelving it due to bugs and AI issues.....

as far as Fighting Steel run as admin under DOS BOX......

It's a shame it hasn't been maintained, but more than a decade after release I'm not surprised. At least to their credit NWS are clear the game is no longer supported.
