It may sound odd, but I tend to categorize wargames as a type of movie when it comes to realism, fun factor and the like.

the mix of "pyetlitsi" (collar tabs) and shoulder boards on the officers in the top left corner of each screenshot is hilarious.

the "pyetlitsi" were in service until 1943, succeeded by the shoulder marks (not used by the Red Army previously because they looked like those of the White Guards "old regime" officers)
