Iceberg Interactive announced today that they have set a firm release date for their upcoming 4X space RTS Star Ruler, in development by Blind Mind Studios. It will be releasing in Europe, Australia, South-East Asia and other locales September 16, 2011. Star Ruler puts players in control of a space empire in a procedurally generated 3D galaxy, from one star system to more than 10,000. Players can research weapons, technology and explore the galaxy as they try to get their species to control the known galaxy or just survive.
